Elementary teachers put on a Family Paint Night on Wednesday, September 20. About 15 families came out to paint a fall picture led by our 2nd grade teacher, Ms. DePoy. Our elementary staff always enjoys strengthening our school community by allowing families to interact with one another and getting a chance to hang out with parents in a less formal setting. We always hope these activities will remind students that their school is here for more than just their academics - we are here to engage our community with fun and relaxing activities as well. Everyone enjoyed cookies and lemonade and got to take home their own custom work of art.
Thank you to everyone that was able to join us and we look forward to seeing even more families at future events throughout the year.
