Ash Fork School District #31 is looking for substitute teachers to provide a stable, on-going learning environment. Each day is a critical component in the success of our children's education. At Ash Fork School District, we value what substitute teachers can bring to the classroom and rely on qualified, enthusiastic individuals to fill this important role. Becoming a substitute teacher is a great way to be involved with and contribute to the youth of your community.
We partner with Educational Services, LLC. (ESI) to hire our substitute teachers. What you need: Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card. (Required for all substitute positions with ESI) Valid Arizona Teacher Certificate or Arizona Substitute Certificate (certified substitute positions only) Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization (if born in 1957 or later, or may waive) Pass a Mandatory Criminal Background Check
Our rates are $120/day for daily assignments $150/day for long-term assignments starting the 9th consecutive day in the same position and we also offer an additional $20/day for mileage if travel is 20+ miles to the district.
